Andrés Medina-Mora

Andrés has extensive experience as an investment banker and strategist. Prior to founding Capitel, he served as the Head of Special Projects and Equity Capital Markets at GBM, where he was instrumental in driving key initiatives and developing innovative strategies for the firm. Andrés has also been a board member of Grupo La Mansión, Cultura Colectiva, Tucanton, and Grupo Cuanda.

Ingrid Castillo

Ingrid has cultivated a distinguished career spanning over two decades within the financial markets. Prior to founding Capitel, she held the position of Head of Research at GBM, leading a team of 40 analysts. Ingrid’s expertise also extends to board positions at Afore Coppel, Cervecería de Colima, and Grupo La Mansión, along with active involvement in Reinserta foundation.

Juan José Hernández

Juan José has deep experience in both capital and fixed-income markets. Prior to founding Capitel, he was the Head of Fixed Income Research and Strategy at GBM, responsible for the proprietary position investments. Juan José’s expertise is further underscored by his ability to lead sizable, cross-functional teams, ensuring that strategic objectives align with overall business goals.
